Refund policy

Returns 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means we gladly accept returns and exchanges on new merchandise within 14 days of the purchase or arrival date. 

 - Returned items purchased at regular price, must be unworn and have the original packaging along with the original sales receipt. Refunds for items returned within the 14 day limit will be credited back to the credit card originally used for purchase minus a $15 restocking fee for online orders. We require the original form of payment to be present for in-store returns. 

- If your item is unworn but has passed the 14 day period, we can offer you the full amount on a gift card or exchange it for another item.

- Return shipping for a refund is at your expense. Please ship items back insured and prepaid using any traceable method to the address listed below. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any packages that we do not ship ourselves. Once we receive your package, we will refund your card within 5 days minus a $15 restocking fee* and send you an email confirmation. 

- Please pack all items in an appropriate shipping box or reuse the original packaging. Footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition; please do not place shipping labels or packing tape directly on the shoe box.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

- We will happily exchange unworn shoes with the original packaging and receipt within 14 days. 

- We will cover the expense of a second shipping fee for exchanges only. *No restocking fee will be charged for exchanges or store credit. 

All sale clearance items are FINAL SALE.
No refunds, exchanges or returns.

Damages and Incorrect Items

We can repair items if there is a manufacturing defect. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at 206-526-7184 or info@shopsolefood.com with your order number and clear photos of the defective item for our team to further assess. Should your request be approved, we will cover the cost to repair or, if unable to be repaired, replace your item and cover the cost of shipping. If the item is no longer in stock and it is not repairable, you can request store credit for the price paid for the item. In all circumstances, we will attempt to repair an item before considering replacing it. 

Please note, manufacturing defects do not include external damage (liquid damage, scratching, rips, or scuffing, material or tonal variations, etc.) or damage occurred from typical wear and tear.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. *You will be deducted a $15.00 re-stocking fee to cover the shipping expense at the time of the original purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
