Shipping
Monday through Friday, orders placed by 5PM PST will be shipped the next day. All orders placed after 5PM PST Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or Holidays will be processed the next business day.
We also accept phone orders. Standard shipping rates will apply. Please allow 5-7 business days for your package to arrive. Once the item(s) are sent we will email you a tracking number.
All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale, pandemic, and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.
International Shipping
International orders are handled on a case by case basis; please give us a call at 206-526-7184 or email us for more information.
Customs Duties & Other Fees
International customers will be responsible for custom duties upon the receipt of their package. Sale prices displayed on the site do not include tax or shipping costs. These will be calculated at the checkout stage.
RETURNS
ALL SALE CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS. WE DO NOT ACCEPT WORN RETURNS IN ANY FORM, THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.
For items shipped, we gladly accept returns and exchanges on new merchandise within 14 days of the purchase or arrival date. You must contact us within 24 hours of your receipt to be eligible for a return, no exceptions.
- Returned items purchased at regular price, must be unworn, have the original packaging along with the original sales receipt. Refunds for items returned within the 14 day limit will be credited back to the credit card originally used for purchase minus a $15 restocking fee.*
- If your item is unworn but has passed the 14 day period we can offer you the full amount on a gift card. Without a receipt and in new condition, we can offer you the current value of the item in the store on a Sole Food gift card.
- Return shipping for a refund is at your expense. Please ship back insured and prepaid using any traceable method to the address listed below. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any packages that we do not ship ourselves. Once we receive your package, we will refund your card within 5 days minus a $15 restocking fee to cover our shipping expenses when the initial purchase was made.
- Return shipping can be arranged for exchanges only. *No restocking fee will be charged for exchanges or store credits.
Please pack all items in an appropriate shipping box or reuse the original packaging. Footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition--please do not place shipping labels or packing tape directly on the shoe box. Once we receive your package, we will refund your card (within 5 days) and send you an email confirmation minus a $15 restocking fee for a refund.
We reserve the right to deny credit for returned merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirements.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We can repair item(s) if there is a manufacturing defect. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at 206-526-7184 with your order number and clear photos of the defective item for our team to further assess. Should your request be approved, we will cover the cost to repair or, if unable to be repaired, replace your item and cover the cost of shipping. If the item is no longer in stock and it is not repairable, you can request store credit for the price paid for the item. In all circumstances, we will attempt to repair an item before considering replacing it.
Please note, manufacturing defects do not include external damage (liquid damage, scratching, rips, or scuffing, material or tonal variations, etc.) or damage from typical wear and tear.
Exchanges
We will happily exchange unworn shoes, with the original packaging and receipt. We will waive the re-stocking fee for any exchanges or a store credit.
